Photography 101: Landmark

Another catch up with the assignment.. “Landmark”.  At first I wanted to take a photo of our old building the former Government Center in my place, however, I couldn’t get a clear shot. There were big trucks parked in front and it blocks the beauty of the old building.  So I moved on, and instead chose to take a picture of the Pope John Paul II Tower & Shrine.  This was built in commemoration of Pope John Paul II visit to Bacolod City way back in 1981.  The monument gives its visitors a panoramic view of Bacolod City and Guimaras Strait.  I will definitely check this out one of these days, maybe I could get some great photos up there.
